Your First Visit

What to expect from your first visit

Your first initial consultation starts with one of our expert physiotherapist’s assessing the nature and extent of your injury through thorough examination and observation. This initial consultation may take up to 45-60 minutes depending on the severity of your injury. You may be asked to perform different exercises in order for the physio to identify any issues. Our physio’s may ask questions relating to your general health and any pre-existing conditions in order to gage a better understanding of you and your injury.

Treatment will vary depending on the nature of your injury. Our physio’s may use different forms of massage therapy, stretching and exercises to treat you. After your initial consultation, our physio’s will devise a suitable treatment plan uniquely designed for you, which will get you back to your pre-injury self!

What we expect from you

Your recovery is as important to us as it is to you and because of this, we expect you to follow the treatment plan and appointment schedule laid out for you by your physio.
